Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has criticized Vladimir Zhirinovsky, a member of the Russian parliament and leader of the nationalist LDPR party, for “statements that could trigger hatred between peoples of Russia” and for “offending millions of Russian citizens on the national and religious principle”, Interfax reports.
The MP was insisting at the Poyedinok talk show that all problems of the country originated from the North Caucasus and proposed birth restrictions.
Kadyrov called such methods “fascist” and expressed surprise that Zhirinovsky had a high-ranking state positions, despite saying such things.
