Oleksandr Turchynov, speaker of the Ukrainian parliament and acting president, said that Victor Yanukovych had lost his legitimacy as the head of state, ITAR-TASS reports.
Turchynov emphasized that Yanukovych’s statements had no legal or political significance for Ukraine. Thus, the current leader of Ukraine responded to the interview of Yanukovych with Associated Press in Rostov-on-Don yesterday.
