Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the CIS Council of Heads of Security and Intelligence Agencies that Russia will continue training staff for security services of CIS countries, RIA Novosti reports.The session of the Council was chaired by Russian Foreign Intelligence Chief Mikhail Fradkov in Moscow on July 8-9. Heads of security and intelligence agencies of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan signed a memorandum to coordinate joint efforts in maintaining sustainable development of the CIS.The secretary of the Russian Security Council, foreign ministers and head of FSB attended the meeting.
