The press-secretary of the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan, Gulmira Borubaeva has reported that there has been an attempt to build a water pipeline in the disputed territories from the Tajik side. The Kyrgyz border guards demanded a stop to its construction and were stoned pin response.To resolve the conflict, a delegation from Bishkek has arrived in Dushanbe. He added that a similar situation exists in the rest of the Central Asian region and that only borders with China are clearly demarcated. The expert added that one should not dramatize the situation and that Tajikistan and Kyrgystan have little to dispute about.
