Sergey Melikov inspects Ingushetia The presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, Sergei Melikov arrived today in Ingushetia with a working visit.He met today with the head of the republic, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, Prime Minister Abubakar Malsagov and federal inspector in Ingushetia, Vitaly Smirnov. Melikov will visit a number of industrial facilities and manufacturing as well as learn about the work of pre-school educational institutions and meet with young activists of the republic.
