Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow unequivocally supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
In his view, "a Second Crimea" in the south-eastern region will not appear, as "Crimea is unique, one of a kind, it is Russian land."
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry also stressed that Russia calls on President Poroshenko to reconsider a decision aimed at the financial, economic and social exclusion of the south-east of Ukraine.
According to Lavrov, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent such a signal to Poroshenko in their last telephone call. "We believe that he should be interested in making decision about the issues of concern to the majority of the population," he said.
At the same time, Lavrov drew attention to the fact that Poroshenko is the best chance that there is in Ukraine at the moment.
"I cannot say that we have any difficulties in contacts with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. At least at the level of the leaders of the two countries. There is a regular dialogue," the Russian Foreign Minister is quoted as saying by TASS.
