"Our principled position on the peaceful settlement of the crisis in some areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions remains unchanged: the full and strict implementation of the agreements signed in Minsk on September 5 and 19, 2014, starting with the immediate establishment of a ceasefire," Kuchma said.
