Kiev and the self-proclaimed representatives of the DNR have accused each other of presenting ultimatums during the Minsk talks on a settlement in the Donbass region."We are ready to develop a peace document, if it is to be negotiated, rather than setting any ultimatums," plenipotentiary envoy of the People's Republic of Donetsk Denis Pushilin said today, RIA Novosti reports.Yesterday, after the talks when Pushilin stated that official Kiev opposes the current boundary line and insists on its fixation from September 2014. However, the self-proclaimed authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic are not going to come back to the line of contact of September 19, 2014, said Denis Pushilin."The line has changed. Now we have no right to bring it closer to human settlements," Pushilin said.According to him, the DPR and LPR are ready to continue negotiations to resolve the situation in a mode of dialogue between the parties rather than a monologue of Kiev. He also noted that the timing of a new meeting depends on Kiev.For his part, the deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine, Valeriy Chaly, commenting on the last meeting in Minsk, wrote on his Facebook page about the nomination by the LPR and DPR of "ultimatums", without specifying in detail what they were. However, he believes that the peace process is "under threat".Yesterday in Minsk a regular meeting of the contact group on situation in Ukraine was held, it was visited by envoys of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Denis Pushilin and Vladislav Dane, negotiator from Kiev the ex-president Leonid Kuchma, as well as the OSCE Representative Heidi Tagliavini and Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov.
