British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said that the agreement on Iran's nuclear program could be signed only if it is "comprehensive, reliable and verifiable."
The British minister noted progress in the negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program recently. "We have made significant progress on key parameters," TASS quoted him.
At the same time, on some important issues "compromise has not been reached yet" Hammond admitted. In this regard, the minister made it clear that for the signing of the final agreement, "difficult decisions" are required from Tehran.
