"When tens of thousands of our fellow citizens, who have been educated at prestigious universities of the West, do not see prospects for their own professional development in their country, they have to be lured, not invited," he explained."Only economic growth in Georgia may contribute to a real return of those of our citizens who want to return but do not have any reasons to be optimistic about their future in present Georgia," Joseph Tsiskarishvili pointed out.The head of the Center for Global Studies, Nana Devdariani, also agreed that the government should first of all create the conditions for a successful career in the country. "They need to create jobs, make the economy efficient," she said.The head of the Institute of Management Strategy, Peter Mamradze, in his turn, said that these measures should have been taken immediately after Georgian Dream's victory in the parliamentary elections in 2012. "And these measures were supposed to have the character of purely economic reforms," Mamradze said.According to him, there are no preconditions for progress in this regard yet. "For all these years, people who would know what to do and had the will to do it did not appear in the ruling coalition," the expert concluded.
