Iran is proposing that a new round of talks on its nuclear program with the United States and other world powers be held in Turkey, though no particular date has been announced, the Washington Post reports.
The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Manouchehr Mottaki, said that Iran has informed its "friends in Turkey" that it is willing to hold the talks there.
On Sunday, Mottaki told a news conference that Iran is "hopeful that a time and agenda will soon be agreed."
