The influential opposition National Council of Georgia will open an
office in Moscow, the internet news website Vzglyad reports.
Conservative Kakha Kukava told the Alia newspaper on Thursday that the
office will be opened in June "to have a dialogue with Russian
political groups and coordinate work with the diaspora".
The office will open after the Georgian local elections on May 30. The
movement of ex-Premier Zurab Notagaideli 'For Just Georgia', 'People's
Party' and other organizations are part of the council.
