The militants were accused of banditry, terrorism, murder,
infringement of life of police officers and illegal arms trafficking.
The court took into account their positive testimonials, lack of
previous convictions, and the presence of children.

Four were sentenced to 25 years of prison, four to 20, one to 12 and
two to 11 years of colony.

The court found guilt in the actions of Adam Mutaliyev, Ilaz Ganiyev,
Murat Esmurziyev, Musa Dzortov, Beybulat Amirkhanov and Arbi Khatuyev.
