Russians have been evacuated from the Libyan capital, Tripoli, but evacuations are continuing in two cities of Jamahiriya, RIA Novosti reports.
A Yak-42 of the Russian Emergencies Ministry landed at Domodedovo airport at 21.55 (Moscow time) with an operative group of the ministry evacuating Russians and foreigners from Libya, the information department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry told ITAR-TASS.
Russians are expected to be evacuated from Sirta and Ras Lanuf. They will be transported by ferry. The vessel Svyatoy Stefan left the port of Bar in the Black Sea on February 23 at 19.45 (Moscow time). It can carry 1000 people. The vessel will take Russian citizens to safety, after which they will be evacuated by plane.

Russian planes evacuated four Armenian citizens: Gevork Astvatsatryan, Artak Mnatsakanyan, Karapet Babajanyan and Ani Kazaryan. They reached Moscow on Wednesday, the press-secretary of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Tigran Balayan, said.
A Ukrainian Il-76 aircraft left Tripoli on Wednesday night and reached Kiev, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said. The plane left at 20.40 (Kiev time) carrying 138 passengers, 100 of them Ukrainians and 38 foreigners (11 from Poland, 10 – Azerbaijan, 5 – Russia, 4 – Czech Republic, 4 – Kazakhstan, 2 – Slovakia, 1 – Romania, 1 – Hungary).
Four Georgian citizens were transported by the Turkish Airlines to Istanbul, Trend reports.
