Religious figures hold talks with police in Taganrog

The town of Taganrog in the Rostov Region has held talks between the clergy of the Taganrog District. Arch-priest Timotheus Fetisov, head of the regional office of the human rights center of the World Russian People’s Assembly in Rostov, had a conversation with the police of Taganrog, Yuga.ru reports.

Father Timotheus noted that the police have a difficult task these days. They have to deal with young people from the 90s who do not have a clear image of good and evil. The level of aggression is extreme in modern society. This requires a corresponding level of vigilance.

In conclusion, Father Timotheus underlined that officials need to remember that serving people is the common goal, and not a career, wages, prices or rank.
