Russian President Vladimir Putin has attended the first conference of the All-Russian People’s Front to discuss education, upbringing of new generation and labour relations. The president noted the need for a common history book for all schools and proposed adoption of school uniforms.
Putin approved ideas to restore the Labour Hero status.
Moreover, the Russian leader agreed with the need for limitations for top managers, but as long as they do not discourage high-class management.
Yana Lantratova, a member of the Council for Human Rights, spoke out against the juvenile justice system in Russia. She said that she heard a conversation of two children at a playground in Saint-Petersburg, one of which was advising the other to wait for adoption of the system to complain about the parents. Putin said that there should not be any unnecessary interference in affairs of families.
The Russian leader discussed the healthcare problem. He said that reduction of hospital beds should proceed together with improvement of medical technologies. He reminded about the problem of blood donation in the country. Putin requested authorities of the Healthcare Ministry to consider payments for people donating blood to stimulate more volunteers for donation.
