Iran offers to help Christian refugees from Mosul

 

Iranian Ambassador to Baghdad Hassan Danaifar said at a meeting with Christian members of the Iraqi parliament that Iran offered help to Christians from Mosul, ITAR-TASS reports.Thousands of Christian families were forced to move from Mosul after the Islamic State had given them a choice to convert to Islam, pay a fine or leave the territories under their control. Those refusing to choose were threatened to be put to death.
