A bust of Stalin was knocked down in Akura (Telavi District, Georgia) by local executives yesterday. The bust was built by locals without permission. However, no one was fined because the people responsible for building the bust have not been found, News Georgia reports.Some locals promised to collect money for a new monument. The bust was moved to the administrative building of the Telavi District.A Stalin bust has been built in Akura several times in just two years. A group of activists covered one of them with red paint a few months ago. At night, a new one was built at the square of people lost in the WWII.
