Karomat Sharipov, the leader of the Tajik Labour Migrants Movement, is suspected of extremism. The police checked the office of the movement, the apartment and the country house of Sharipov on October 29 over the traffic events at the Sadovod Market on September 6, 2014, Lenta.ru reports.Sharipov is suspected of organizing a mass fight of labour migrants and security officers of the market. The police said he was bribing migrants. 40 people were detained and four hospitalized.According to the Federal Migration Service, Russia has over 4.3 million illegal migrants, as of September 22, 2014. 217,000 were penalized for violating migration laws in Moscow in 2013. 80,600 foreigners were banned from the country.
