Turkey blocks access to websites with Charlie Hebdo materials

The Diyarbakir City Court has blocked access to websites publishing cartoons of the Charlie Hebdo newspaper. The newspaper has published three million copies of its new release today. French media say that crowds of people gathered to get a copy. The new release has a caricature of Prophet Muhammad holding the newspaper's slogan "Je suis Charlie," the Turkish television reports.


The number of copies may increase to 5 million.
