On February 1 new prices for travel on the Moscow metro and ground transport were introduced. Prices for most types of tickets have increased, some have not changed, some have declined. The average ticket rose by 7%.
An integrated ticket, which gives the right of travel on all modes of transport, now costs 50 rubles for one trip instead of 40 and 100 rubles for two trips instead of 80. 5 trips will cost 180 rubles instead of 160, 11 trips - 360 rubles instead of 320, 20 trips - 580 rubles instead of 540, 40 trips - 1160 rubles instead of 1080 and 60 trips - 1400 rubles instead of 1300, reports Gazeta.ru.
Unlimited travel passes for 1, 3 7 and 365 days will cost as much as they did, and unlimited passes for 30 days have dropped to 2,000 rubles from 2350 rubles. The price of tickets with unlimited travel for 90 days has also decreased - from 5550 rub. to 5000.
A "90 Minute" ticket that allows for 1.5 hours to travel once on the metro, and an unlimited number of times on ground transport will cost 60 rubles instead of 50 for 1 trip, 120 rubles instead of 100 for 2 trips, 260 rubles instead of 240 for 5 trips, 550 rubles instead of 500 for 11 trips, 900 rubles instead of 800 for 20 trips, 1800 rubles instead of 1600 for 40 trips and 2100 rubles instead of 1900, for 60 trips.
One trip on the Troika map on land transport now costs 29 rubles instead of 26, and in the metro andmonorail - 30 rubles instead of 28. One trip on ground transport will cost 40 rubles instead of 30, two trips - 80 rubles instead of 40, five trips - 125 rubles instead of 110, 11 trips - 235 rubles instead of 210, 20 trips - 400 rubles instead of 370, 40 trips - 800 rubles instead of 750, 60 trips - 850 rubles instead of 800. Now you can get a ticket from a driver for three trips for 100 rubles. Earlier this was for 4 trips. The price of discounted tickets for students has remained the same - 350 rubles per month.
The new tariffs for public transport from February 1 were approved on December 25, 2014.
