Inhabitants of the fire-stricken Tsinbari village in Dagestan's
Tsuntin District are being accommodated in nearby villages, RIA
Novosti reports, citing a spokesman of the press-service of the
department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in Dagestan.
The villagers were taken to the Makok and Shauri villages, located 2
kilometres away from Tsibari. Approximately 70% of the village, 50
houses, burnt down. There are no victims or injured.
According to the Emergencies Ministry, there are 397 families and 95
houses and a school in Tsibari.
The Southern Regional Center of the ministry said that 80% of the
houses in the village are on fire. It took four hours for the
fire-fighters to reach the village. The village itself is located 2.5
kilometres above the sea level.
