The Festival of Flowers in Baku

Annually on May 10th, Heydar Aliyev’s birthday, the executive power of Baku decorates a garden in front of Heydar Aliyev Palace with complicated constructions with natural flowers.Fairytale characters are made of flowers, as well as a portrait of Heydar Aliyev. About a million of plants were needed to create the flower city.
