Anniversary concert of Polad Bulbuloglu held in Moscow

On January 22, Moscow hosted anniversary concert of Polad Bulbuloglu. Famous Azerbaijani composer, singer, and now the ambassador of the republic to Russia marks his 75th birthday this year. Festive evening was held in the Moscow Musical Theater. The concert featured classical works written by musician himself, including folk Azerbaijani songs that brought popular fame to Polad's father Murtuza Mammadov, who is better known under the pseudonym Bulbul.

Three generations of the Bulbul family performed on the stage: Polad himself, his son Murtuz, who stood behind the conductor's console, and granddaughter Anna played the flute.
