The second festival "Chinese New Year in Moscow" has begun in the Russian capital.

A diverse program has been prepared for Muscovites and guests of the city. Everyone will be able to get acquainted with the traditions of the Chinese New Year at exhibitions and master classes, including traditional New Year dishes of Chinese cuisine.

The main festival venue in 2025 will be Manezhnaya Square, with celebrations also taking place at VDNKh, the  Moscow Zoo, "Dream Island" and other locations. The center of Moscow will be decorated in Chinese style, creating the festive atmosphere on the streets. On the opening day, a procession with a dragon and a snake will take place on weekends.

"Vestnik Kavkaza" shares with our readers the photos of how the Chinese New Year is celebrated in Moscow.
