The exhibition "Five Elements Tea", dedicated to the ritual of the Japanese tea ceremony known as cha-no-yu, opened at the State Museum of Oriental Art in Moscow on August 10.
It's a special ceremonial way of preparing and drinking green tea and a Japanese cultural activity practiced by monks and laity, influenced by the ideas of Zen Buddhism and canons of traditional aesthetics.
