Christians celebrated the bright holiday of Easter on April 20, 2025. The Resurrection of Jesus Christ was celebrated with a liturgy and a religious procession on Sunday.
However, in Moscow, the celebration does not end there. The charity festival Easter Gift will be held in the Russian capital until April 30.
About 60 foundations and non-profit organizations are taking part in it. Hundreds of events are being held at many venues throughout Moscow, including master classes and performances, as well as sports activities.
For example, an open-air exhibition is open on Tverskaya Square, showcasing art objects created by young artists. The area is decorated with hundreds of plants. Activities include creative workshops and master classes.
