Today, in the Great Hall of the Central House of Cinema, a recital of film director Tofik Shakhverdiyev and artistic director of the Vakhtangov Theater, Rimas Tuminas, took place. The famous film director, screenwriter, photo artist, People’s Artist of Azerbaijan, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Tofik Shahverdiyev presented his new work - the documentary film “Our whole life is a game” - dedicated to the famous theater director, artistic director of the State Academic Vakhtangov Theater, Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation, the Lithuanian National Award for Culture and Art, the Golden Mask Award and three-time winner of the Crystal Turandot Award, Rimas Tuminas. Also at the party, a photo exhibition of Tofik Shakhverdiyev’s works was presented as well the opera artists’ performance.
The recital was held with the assistance of the embassies of the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
