The "Sufism without Borders" exhibition opens at the Museum of the East in Moscow

The "Sufism without Borders. Naqshbandi Sheikh Ahmed Gyumyushkhanevi (1813-1893) and his manuscripts" exhibition is being held at the at the State Museum of the East in Moscow from January 30 to February 26.

The exposition contains about 30 manuscripts belonging to the Ottoman Sheikh Ahmed Ziyautdin Gumyushkhanevi. He was one of the most famous Sufi sheikhs who lived in the Ottoman Empire in the second half of the 19th century.
