Today, two exhibitions have opened in the State Museum of Oriental Art.
The first exhibition presents works by prominent modern Japanese artist Seiko Kawachi. It is titled “Flying over Hokusai.” Seiko Kawachi is a rare modern Japanese artist who not only preserves but also develops xylography which is a traditional and the most famous type of Japanese printed graphics.
The second exhibition is “Rain Children: Nogom, Tellem, Dogons.” It presents art of the Republic of Mali.
