The central bank does not expect ruble rate growth till the end of the year. For the first half of 2013, the ruble has weakened not only in nominal but in real terms. Over the last month, the dollar rose on average by 50 kopecks, and the euro -- by 1.5 rubles. On August 8, the euro rate at the Moscow Stock Exchange rose to the level of 44 rubles, beating its maximum in 2009.
