Dmitry Zhuravlev: “Eurasian economic integration is a natural process”

Speaking about establishing the Eurasian Economic Union, Dmitry Zhuravlev, the director of the Institute for Regional Problems, stresses that it is a natural integration process for the member countries. The EaEU is an international integration economic union; the treaty on its establishment was signed on May 29th 2014, and will begin its operation on January 1st 2014. The union includes Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia. The EaEU is founded for improvement and rapprochement of the economies of the member countries, for the modernization and increasing competitiveness of the countries in the world market.
