Andrey Sidorov: "Relations between Russia and the United States are in a transitional period"

The head of the department of international organizations and global political processes of Moscow State University, Andrei Sidorov, spoke about how US-Russian relations are developing now, and whether anything will change after the presidential election in the United States. On November 16, 1933, diplomatic relations between the USSR and the United States were established. Over the past 82 years, relations between our countries have experienced different times, but never before have relations between Moscow and Washington been at such a low point of interaction.
