Aslambek Aslakhanov: ‘’Time when Sambo will take its place in the Olympics is close’’

The President of the Association of Law Rnforcement Officers of the Russian Federation, Aslambek Aslakhanov, speaking about the growing popularity of sambo in Russia, stressed that the time is not far off when sambo takes its place on the list of Olympic sports. The 14th International Sambo Tournament of the highest A category for the prize of Honored Master of Sports Aslambek Aslakhanov will be held in Moscow at the Ivan Yarygin Fighting Palace. The event will bring together about 300 sambo wrestlers from over 20 states.
