Dmitry Zhuravlev: "The goal of the parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan is to strengthen the union of the nation and the elite"

The director of the Institute of Regional Problems, Dmitry Zhuravlev, on the eve of the early parliamentary elections which will be held in Kazakhstan on March 20th of 2016, spoke about the causes and characteristics of the new election cycle, and also noted that the goal of the upcoming parliamentary elections is to strengthen the union of the nation and the elite.
