Elena Popova on development of a new Social Code

Senator from the Volgograd Region, a member of the Federation Council Committee for Social Policy, Elena Popova, visited Vestnik Kavkaza. She spoke about development of a new Social Code which was aimed at regulation of effectiveness of financing benefits and supporting social measures of the population. The main criteria of the new Code are targeting and need.
