The Minister of Education and Science, Dmitry Livanov, the Rector of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, Viktor Sadovnichy, spoke about the history of the All-Russian Festival of Science and the way the festival will be held this year. The regional stages of the Festival stages began in September, and from October 9th to 11th the fest of science will be held in Moscow.
