Olga Kalenkova about the problems of bilingual children of compatriots living abroad

The head of the Laboratory of Monitoring and Analysis of the Study of the Russian Language Abroad of the A.S. Pushkin  State Institute of Russian Language, Olga Kalenkova, spoke about the problems of bilingualism occurring among children of compatriots living abroad. Strengthening the position of the Russian language is a strategic priority of the Russian Federation. This is reflected in the concept of the state support and promotion of the Russian language abroad.
