Ramadan is a month of purification, Marat Alimov says

Last night at sundown Muslims of Russia and other countries entered the holy fasting month of Ramadan. During this period of time the faithful abstain from food, drink and entertainment in daylight hours and have meals only after sunset. A member of the Presidium of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims in the city of Moscow, Marat Hazrat Alimov, spoke about this holiday.
