Sergei Mikhailov: "The US and Russia: partners or enemies?"

A Senior Research Fellow of the Department of the USA and the countries of Latin America and the Euro-Atlantic Center for Defense Studies of the RISS, Sergei Mikhailov, commented on the recent stage of Russian-American relations. Diplomatic relations between the USSR and the USA were established on November 16th 1933. The relations between our countries have experienced different times over 82 years, but never before have relations between Moscow and Washington been at a such low point of interaction.
