Sergey Lavrov: "Russia enters key positions in process of creating new architecture of international relations"

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, in the framework of his traditional speech in the walls of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that currently Russia enters key positions in the process of formation of a new architecture of international relations, and also stressed that Moscow does not seek to cause a new bipolarity by its activities and speaks for the resolution of international problems on an equal and equitable basis, since only this can become a solid foundation for improving the situation in the world.
