Researcher of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Stanislav Pritchin, on the eve of the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan which will be held on November 1st, reviewed the prospects of the development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations, and also noted that there is a constructive dialogue in all spheres between the two countries.
