On October 22nd in Moscow, dozens of well-known Russian businessmen and artists of Jewish origin competed in the preparation of the main dishes of Jewish cuisine - mincemeat, hummus and challah. The VIP-cooking contest, organized by the Russian Jewish Congress, was the start of Russia's first World Shabbat.
