Igor Ivanov: unofficial talks about Russia's accession to NATO were indeed conducted

"At the official level, we did not offer anything, I personally did not take part in such discussions," Ivanov, who headed the Foreign Ministry in 1998-2004 said, RIA Novosti reports.
