New ministers of defense and national security minister appointed in Turkmenistan

The former minister Yajlym Berdyev was appointed minister for national security and the secretary of the Security Council.The former national security minister Charymyrat Amanov was dismissed dueto the unsatisfactory work of the ministry.The military doctrine of Turkmenistan is of a defensive character and correlates with the status of permanent neutrality.
