Iranian President explains reasons for sanctions reinstation
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe goal of Western countries, which decided to reinstate sanctions against Iran 10 years after they were suspended, is nothing more than an attempt to curtail Iran's trade, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said.
The United States and the E3 countries, the UK, Germany, and France, decided to activate the snapback mechanism for sanctions previously imposed on Tehran solely to limit Iranian oil sales and curtail trade conducted by Iranian companies, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said yesterday at a meeting with members of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines & Agriculture.
The head of state noted that, with its vast energy resources, the country must develop at an accelerated pace, but this is not beneficial to either the United States or the E3.
