AZAL to resume regular flights from Baku to Astrakhan
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaAZAL will resume direct scheduled passenger flights on the Baku‑Astrakhan route from September 30, 2026, Astrakhan International Airport reported.
Flights will operate three times a week — on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays — with a flight time of 1 hour 25 minutes on Embraer E‑190 aircraft.
The carrier currently serves three Russian cities — Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Yekaterinburg — and the new route will expand its network.
