Disabled children's art festival to take place in Vladikavkaz
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaA disabled children's art festival is starting in the North Ossetian capital on the first of June. Delegations from Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, Stavropol Krai and North Ossetia-Alania will participate in it, Yuga.ru reports.
The festival is being organized by the republic's center of folk art and is looking for talented children with disabilities. The event is a part of the "Children and Family" sub-program of the federal program "Russian Children 2007-2011".
An exhibition of visual, decorative and applied arts as well as a concert will take place as part of the festival.
