A disabled children's art festival is starting in the North Ossetian capital on the first of June. Delegations from Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, Stavropol Krai and North Ossetia-Alania will participate in it, Yuga.ru reports.
The festival is being organized by the republic's center of folk art and is looking for talented children with disabilities. The event is a part of the "Children and Family" sub-program of the federal program "Russian Children 2007-2011".
An exhibition of visual, decorative and applied arts as well as a concert will take place as part of the festival.
