New charges against Georgian former minister for defenses and interior affairs

New charges have been brought against Georgian former Minister for Defenses and Interior Affairs Bacho Akhalaya, his lawyer David Dekanoidze said after visiting the prosecutors, Trend reports.

He has been charged with illegal penalizing and torture.
